Pegler y-pattern strainer ductile iron (2 x flange)

The Pegler type V912 y-strainer is a ductile iron strainer which is intended to protect pipework and equipment from debris in the fluid by filtering it through a strainer. The valves are self-acting by collecting the debris into a stainless steel mesh bucket. It is complete with flanged connections and available in sizes DN50 to DN600.
  • working pressure: PN16 and PN25 (please check specifications)
  • operating temperature: -10°C to 120°C
  • mesh sizes:
    • 1,500μm (DN50-DN150)
    • 2,500μm (DN200-DN350)
    • 3,500μm (DN400-DN600)
  • horizontal or vertical mounting
  • easy maintenance with reduced downtime
  • ductile iron body
  • high, controllable filtration accuracy
  • flanges in accordance with BS EN1092-2:1997
  • low resistance and low pressure drop
